In the un-likely event of a non-delivery after 5-7 days and you have had no notification from our team, please contact our Customer Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0161 969 5800 to report a lost/late delivery . We keep proof of all orders despatched and we can usually locate your order using these details. We can only replace or refund the order only after 20 working days after which the Post Office classifies the parcel as lost and eligible for our insurance scheme.
Escape The Shops cannot be held responsible for the late or loss of delivery of an order as these are deemed the responsbility of the delivery service provder selected at the checkout, however we will make all efforts to track and locate a parcel should the situation arise.
Return of goods which are damaged/faulty on delivery
Should there be the rare instance when the goods you receive are damaged or faulty;
YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR GOODS.
