The security of your online purchase information is very important to us.

Your payment and order details are sent to us only across a secure connection using either SagePAY our online payment service provider (PSP) or PayPal.

We do not see or collect credit card information, this is simply processed by our bank or PayPal and authorisation passed to us.

When you proceed to our payment page, you can see that the pages are secure because the address in the address bar changes from being http:// to https://. You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser. 

Unlike many sites who try to cut costs by using SSL, storing card information on their un-secure computers and processing the cards manually using a PDQ card terminal, SagePAY provides a high street bank approved, (such as LloydsTSB Cardnet) secure environment to take and process payment on behalf of online merchants.

This also means that all details are confidential while input on the Internet and stay confidential when passed to the PSP. The PSP is the only person/system which sees your card details and we only reference your card using your order number. Even if we do a refund to you, we do not physically see your card details.

As an extra security measure, your credit card details will not be retained on any servers, this why you must re-enter your card details each time you purchase anything from the site.
